Specialy, hand made ceramic tile may present small imperfections such as dents, tiny cracks and chips, that add character to the hand made product and are not considered defects. Glazed ceramic tiles are subject to crazing. Crazing is the cracking solely whitin the fired glaze due to tensile stresses, temperature fluctuation, or expansions and contraction of the tile body or setting bed. It is not considered a defect, and may occur after installation. This product is not freeze thaw resistant
