Phenolic resin-impregnated Kraft paper sheets and decorative surface papers impregnated in melamine resin
Finish
Options include High Gloss, Textured Gloss, Softgrain, Fine Velvet, Matte, Finegrain, and others. Not all finishes are available in all patterns, colors, or sizes. Refer to attached documents or contact your local rep for additional information
Construction
Decorative surface papers impregnated with melamine resins are pressed over Kraft paper core sheets impregnated with phenolic resin. Sheets are bonded together under high pressure and heat. Finished sheets are trimmed and back-sanded to facilitate bonding to substrate

To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or sponge and a mild soap or detergent. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners. A diluted bleach solution can be used as a disinfectant. Reference the Care & Maintenance Guide for additional information

Applications
Used for a variety of applications including, residential and commercial furniture, fixtures, cabinet doors, and casework, and for architectural application on columns, walls, wainscotting, valances, cornices, interior doors, and divider systems. Product type 362/367 Vertical Surface (VGP) is meant for vertical surfaces of desks, restaurants booths and maitre d’ stations, and as architectural cladding in low/moderate trafficed areas. Product type 372/377 Postforming (HGP) is intended for use on vertical and horizontal interior surfaces where it is necessary or desirable to roll the laminate on a simple radius over the edge of the substrate
Installation
Installation varies depending on application. Carbide-tipped saw and router blades should be used for cutting. Use the tool at high speed and feed slowly. To avoid cracking, radius all corners. Edges should be routered smooth. Refer to Spec Sheet attachment for additional information
Flammability
Specific Flame Spread and Smoke Developed properties for the Virtual Design Library collection will depend on the specific design selected. Testing on individual designs will be required to verify these values
Abrasion / Wear Resistance
ISO 4586 tested for Surface Wear Resistance. Meets or exceeds 400 cycles. Consider Wilsonart® High Wear for added abrasion resistance
Impact Resistance
ISO 4586 tested for Impact Resistance. Product Type 362/367 Vertical Surface (VGP) = 40in. Product Type 372/377 Postforming (HGP) = 55in.
Stain Resistance
ISO 4586 tested for Stain Resistance. No effect from Reagents 1-10. Slight effect from Reagents 11-15 for both product types
Weather Resistance
ISO 4586 tested for High Temperature Resistance. Slight effect on glossy surfaces. No effect on other finishes
